Graduates

Our graduates can be found primarily in engineering and finance roles where they either follow a structured internal development programme or are undertaking a professional qualification such as ACCA and CFA.

Trainees

We have a variety of opportunities for trainees across our business areas including Project Management, Network Design and Cable Jointing. We partner with external training providers to ensure our trainees gain industry standard qualifications on top of the training provided by our in-house experts.

Apprentices

Our apprentices gain valuable experience in one of our business areas such as Operations or Finance while studying for a work-related qualification. Supported by an external apprenticeship provider and their line managers, this is a great opportunity for apprentices to apply their new skills on the job.

We also encourage our existing colleagues to undertake apprenticeships to upskill and support career progression.
