We have a responsibility to provide high standards, so you can be assured that we aim to minimise any disruption in supply to your homes and businesses.

Relay UK
Relay UK helps people with hearing or speech difficulties communicate with anyone over the phone using the national relay service.
Simply dial:
- 18002 before the phone number if you want the relay assistant to convert your typed text into speech for the hearing person on the other end.
- 18001 before the phone number if you want to receive speech‑to‑text.

Electricity Emergency
In the event of a power cut or electricity emergency, simply call the National Emergency number 105 from your landline or mobile phone*.
In addition to the 105 National Emergency number, you can call our own Electricity Emergency number which is 0800 804 8688.
*105 is a free service for people in England, Scotland and Wales and you can call the number from most landlines and mobile phones.

Energetics’ electricity and gas networks are now managed by Last Mile Asset Management. You’re in the right place to report an emergency or safety issue related to an Energetics network.
Heat Networks
If you’re experiencing problems with your heat supply, you can check whether there is an issue with our network on the Last Mile Heat website.
Network issues don’t always affect every home, so if your network is showing as working normally but you think there’s a problem, please call and let us know.
